Sad....
Sad....
Not only do i have the thing with Kathy going on but
an hour ago a friend that i used to work with called and a woman that was one of my closest friends at work went to sleep last night and did not wake up.
I feel very sad as i had been removed from that job and had not spoke to that woman since.
I never got to say goodbye

ty all
yes it does seem to be throwin curves
lose my job, lose a close friend, Kathy in mental health
they say God can't give you more than you can handle
i like how my friend says though...."God won't give you more than God can handle"

Whoever came up with the expression "God doesn't give you more than you can handle" anyway? I've had more than I can handle on several occasions....Sorry you're having such a difficult time. You certainly don't deserve it.
here is a poem that i found some comfort in when i lost someone close to me.
Remember ME
To the living, I am gone.
To the sorrowful, I will never return.
To the angry, I was cheated.
To the happy, I am at peace.
To the faithful, I have never left.
I cannot speak, but I can listen.
I cannot be seen but I can be heard.
So as you look in awe at a mighty forest and its grand majesty,
Remember me.
Remember me in your heart, your thoughts, and your memories.
Of the times we cried, the times we fought, and the times we laughed.
For if you always think of me, I will never have gone.
