Bloating & Fullness Even After Very Small Meals...
Hi everyone
Well, I'm back . I hope everyone is doing ok. I have spent the last week detoxing and am now on day 5. Most (if not all) of the cravings and other feelings have gone away and I could'nt be happier although it sure was'nt an easy ride (ie; cravings, sweats, nightmares, anxiety, hot flashes, insomnia, etc). Anyway, It feels good to be sober and to actually STAY that way.
However, I have a new problem and that is bloating and a feeling of extreme fullness even after eating very small meals. I'm not sure if this is alcohol-induced gastroparesis, weight gain, water/fluid retention, liver problems or something else but I've gone through bouts of it twice now within the last two weeks. My stools are normal but I just always have this feeling of fullness on some level. Has anyone else experienced this before and is it normal?. Does it ever self-resolve or am I stuck with it for life?. Does it have a name?.
- Thank's in advance for any input on this, S4E
