Well today my husband and I celebrate 9 years of marraige. My first anniversary clean, though I had a little slip this last weekend, I got a hold of some coke and some pills....I flushed the rest of the pills but I am really disappointed in myself.....today is a new day and I am so happy that we are still together. Considering what I have put him through.
I have been perfecting my menu all week and think my kids and i have gained 15 pounds tasting it all.

My GF is taking the kids (she lives next door) and has 2 kids same age. so we have a nice evening alone....FINALLY. He will be so surprised. We have been broke... the truck broke down....lawyer fees... bills...bills bills..but out of the blue my grandma sent me some money so I was able to get some great lobster tails and other good eats.

It is wierd because if I would have gotten that money 6 months ago I would have drank and drugged it away, now it is going in my system but in a yummy way. well I am just excited and wanted to share. I think I may even mow the grass and really surprise him ???

I found that my anniversaries have been the best since finding recovery.
The past 5 years have been the best 5 years of our whole marriage.

THANKS EVERYONE....I did decide to mow the grass and Whew I am pooped...taking a break and instead of drinking a beer I am off to my GF house to eat some lunch and let the kids play.
