Talking Drinking treats.....

I think it matters to have drink treats, 'cos drinking is different from eating but is such a treat in itself! I wondered what peoples non-alcoholic favourites were?

We just has coco with whipped double cream on top and 80% coco solid choccy grated on top of that!

For me, I can't have much sugar, so getting to have a few sips of my husband's Coke Slurpee is just heaven (or his chocolate-banana shake)!

We've replaced alcohol with iced tea and in the winter, various hot teas. We're big fans of Twinings. We must have a dozen boxes of different teas in the pantry.

At school they have these things that me and my friend call fake Smoothies. They can't be good for you. It's strawberry and banana, and they don't use real fruit, just some ice cream or frozen yogurt mixed up with this strawberry and banana "flavor" that comes in a big jug. Looks gross when they make it, would cost less if they used real fruit, but whatever is in that jug once you mix it w/ ice cream it is just heaven. Sigh.

melon, nectarine and mango smoothie
yummmmm.
On the list of "non alcoholic" mixed drinks at this restaurant recently there were several combinations of different fruit juices. They all sounded delicious, and so healthy!

Chocolate malt with vanilla ice cream, but chocolate malt powder.
Mmmmm.

I am a Starbucksaholic.
Dangerous to think how much money I spend there.
