Feeling Ruff!
Feeling Ruff!
I, rather sillily came off my anti-depressants a couple of weeks ago - "just like that" and i would nt recommend it to anyone as after suffering rather horrid withdrawal symtoms I feel confused, muddled and rather down in the dumps which is no way to be when you are a mother of two small boys. Just hope these feelings won't last too long - "this too shall pass". God willing i will be back to my old self in a couple of days or weeks. Thanks for listening.

Hi, Jo--
I am sorry to hear of your pain. I encourage you to look further down the forum list where you will see the "mental health" forums. A lot of people with depression problems post on there, so they probably know all about withdrawal and such.
Wish I could help, but I have nothing to offer on this subject but good intentions . . .not too useful!
Thanks, regards, Clark

Definitly get a hold of your doctor and maybe get back on the antidepressant?
I used to up and go off my meds..........every now and then I will forget them for 2-3 days in a row.......oh boy!! I get right back on them and remind myself how awful it is to stop them like that.....it is not good.
Hope you find some relief!!
