Thanks guys 
We are doing good. I took the kids to the dentist today....no cavities!!! and I went to a meeting tonight.
I'm trying to focus more on giving my kids positive attention instead of feeding them negative stuff. So far so good!!
I also decided to start paying my daughters sitter. I can't really afford it, but where there's a will, there's a way. It's way to much trouble depending on G to pay her. Go ahead....tell me "I told you so" lol She agreed that if he does pay her, she will give me the cash, but if he doesn't at least I will know she will be taken care of. And it'll be one less "excuse" for me to call him.
So....two steps in the right direction!!
Tonights meeting was on self-acceptance....I have a long long long way to go.

It's good to hear from you, Jessica. And good job on the babysitter arrangement. You are taking control and responsibility for your own life. Give yourself a pat on the back for that one.
