Advice...Eat & Speak Meeting....................

I missed the 11:00 a.m. meeting this morning, but they are having another meeting at 4:30 p.m.. It is called Eat & Speak or Speak & Eat?????????? What kind of dish does one take to these kind of meetings,

Can anyone help?

We have a meeting like that once a month and everyone takes whatever. At our last Meet and Eat we had fried chicken, pizza, and a fruit plate.
