Yay!! This is 14 for me. I am sortve surprised that I am not craving booze at all. How are you holding up?

WayneCo & Andundoing... keep going and stay on course. I am on day 90 and many days now go by and I don't even think of booze. I think I started to notice this about a month ago. I love going out with my wife and kids now and watch my wife have her one glass of wine while the kids I ENJOY a soft drink. It is very cool. Hey, iced green tea with a little splenda is awesome too!!

Congratulations on one whole week of sobriety! That's a long time! Keep it up!

Watch out for triggers. Stay away from slippery places. Find and read the AA book, "Living Sober".

Entering day 7 for me, too! It's been really hard, but I saw light at the end of the tunnel yesterday. And today's been much easier for the most part.
