Cant believe I did it.

I just got home from the company christmas party and I am sober. Wow what a evening, got talked into showing up at the christmas party for work, I wasnt going to go but a few friends talked me into it so I went for a little bit, the majority of the people there were already pretty well drunk, but I stayed sober, I wasnt tempted at all, which surprised the heck out of me, told one of my co workers to keep a eye on me just in case. Everyone there respected me for not wanting to drink and no one offered me a drink so that was good. I had a blast and I am glad I went. I see myself differently now but I know that all it takes is just one sip and I am back to the way I was. But being sober has its rewards. and I am glad I am sober and I plan on staying sober.

It's cool isn't it!! I went to a party Sat. and everyone was stupid drunk and I just watched how bad they looked and thanked God I wasn't one of them.
Congrats on a sober party!

I go to work here in a couple of hours and it will be interesting seeing them, I wonder how they feel and who remembers what. This might be a fun day harrasing them hehehe, I will be nice though.

I really didnt think I could of had so much fun at a party sober but I did.

it was interesting at work, especially when they got on the store intercom, seeing all those that were hung over covering their ears, I know i would of been like that if I didnt decide to be sober, It felt going in today and having the energy to get my job done. Beleive me sobriety is worth it and if I can do this you can too.
