Mabe because of T/G holiday not for sure
but I was dreading it before I realized the holiday even fell in it

Im not extremely superstitious but a little bit, just sompin bout 13.

plus tha week ended with a realy odd dream last night.

I don't count by weeks but I remember the first 30 days being the toughest for me. After actually admitting I had a problem with my drinking, I think I wanted to drink more than ever.....weird.

The important thing though, is that you got through it, right? How are you feeling today?

pretty lonely till now, that someone responded, lol.

the thought of useing flashed thru my head a couple times but
I know better.
Well I say that, but sometimes with the constant belittleing I get here
I think I might as well get some pills, but I know that they are just not
convinced that addiction is a disease "uneducated" you might say.

But if I do decide to use, I could always use that to justify it. right ?

Glad you are feeling better!! The first few months were rough for me. Lots of things to learn about me and lots of things to change!! It does get easier if we keep doing the next right thing. And for me, that is not drinking!!

I made it 14 weeks and 1 day. The longest I have ever gone is 28 months. It is hard at Thanksgiving cuz my mom and sis still bigtime drinkers pill poppers. Brother isnt drinking and I am very proud of him, husband is an A too and still drinking. My dad doesnt drink anymore. It is hard because of the way my mom and sister treat people because they are so mean I cant take being around my family ,and I think my dad has just shut down. No one is in recovery or anything. so anyway, Iam really glad you made the 13 weeks and thats great
