Blindagain Where do you start ?
Hi there well i was blind again last night - told my partner that our relationship was over on monday ! what a week.... how do i start a booze free life what steps should i take ?

You start where you are right now, don't drink or use, go to meetings, get and use a sponsor, work the steps, and read the literature. I know it is not going to be easy but I am here to tell you that you can do this deal...I will send good thoughts your way..

I tried and tried to clean up my life on my own.
(and I'm a dedicated virgo...
things move when I focus.. ;o)
But... where using was concerned.. I just could not leave it alone by my own willpower.
Surrendering to the dawning understanding of the power and impact addiction has on us is our only way out.
Be willing to go to any lengths.
