Now is just right
I want to share an amazing realisation with you.
My fave saying is one day at a time, the reason I love it because it means that I have to be in the hear and Now, that is keep bringing myself back to the present, which fits in with my spiritual life. So I have just realised that What we have is the present that is right Now, whatever I am doing whereever I am, therefore "Now" is all there is ever!
Woooo, I think I like that, off to shower and digest it

Deep stuff early in the morning! I think I'll have to get more coffee in me to digest that one!
It IS one day at a time and sometimes 1 hour at a time, or 1 minute at a time. I tend to get wrapped up in yesterday and tomorrow although I am getting better at catching myself at it and hauling myself back to the present which is the only place to be. Here is another saying that although graphic, makes its point.
If you are standing looking back at yesterdays or worrying about tomorrows you are pissing all over today!
