Ah, I suppose I'm just trying to get along, figure it all out, like most of us I suppose. Hope this is the right place. Thanks for the direction..............

I can't say if it is the right place for you - only you can be the judge of that. But Newcomers is a great place to start. Settle down, have a read of the other posts and tell us a bit about yourself. I am sure there will be others that understand.

Let me tell you a bit about me. I am the ex partner of an alcoholic. I found SR last year when I was at my lowest ebb and have found a wonderful community of people from different walks of life, different countries and different experiences. As you can see, there are Boards for anyone affected by addiction, whether personally or via a loved one. I am sure you can find your own corner of SR to call your own.

Good morning! I am Kellye and I am an alcoholic with now almost 15 months sober. I understand being timid but until you tell us a bit about yourself we aren't going to really know what direction to point you. In the meantime, check out the various thread and maybe one will jump out at you!
