Vince here and doing bad.I lost my sobrity and faith.I dont know the answers but need to get sober.How can I get straight?

Hi Vince!
When I want to get straight, I don't use anything. Unfortunately we can't just push a stop button, we have to learn to stop ourselves. Many people will tell you to go to an AA meeting. Have you ever been to one? That is a good place to start, and keep posting here, it helps. Take one day at a time, and avoid the people, places and things that make you want to drink, and or do drugs.

Keep the faith brother. What are you addicted to and how bad off are you? Not that I am being nosey, but the folks here might have the answers you are looking for. I can't answer questions or give advice about quitting narcotics, but with booze maybe I can help out a bit.

You can do this just keep up the hope that you can do it...One day at a time and sometimes we have to break it down to a heart beat at a time in the beginning...One thing that I heard once was if you want to use sit on your hands LOL I think I sat on my for a long time... Glad that you are here and keep up the posting that helped me out a lot when I got here...
