Welcome Kylah!
You'll get a great deal of support here and I'm glad your trying to make it back. I've heard it is much harder the second, third, fourth time around but many here have done it. I hope their experience will give you hope you can to!

What were you addicted to? If it's booze, did you honestly think it would be easier?
Maybe it's a good thing quitting is a b!tch for you this time. Like the analogy in the Big Book about the guy playing in traffic. You were insane to jump in front of the bus again. Hopefully you won't do it again.

I can relate to 15 minutes at a time cuzz that's how I did it.

Good Luck and God Bless.

15 minutes at a time is a great way to do it. Once we can get a little sober time under our belts it seems to get a little easier. the first days are the hardest, especially the first week. But everyone has to start at the beginning, and this battle can be won. Glad you're here!
