Depression
I m on my 8th day, WOO HOOO. I am happy with the results so far but, I'm finding myself falling into depression, what should I do? I make myself get out and bike or walk or what ever, just as long as I am doing something. But when I am at home for the night I can't help but to start to feel bad. I have happy pills but don't really like to take them.

I am on my 5th day and feeling much like you. I wonder when I will start enjoying life again. Keeping busy is good, and how about a good book for evenings at home. You can lose yourself in a book. Good luck.

It just takes time... You've done it before. It's like getting over a relationship... you think about that person constantly.. you don't know how you can go on without them... you just want to sleep. But as time goes thoughts fade.... and you actually smile and laugh again. It will happen.
