na4today is going to rehab

just got out of detox thursday. I have been taking Xanax for my anxiety for years and wanted off. what a bad time this is. I am going to a dual dianosis treatment for 2 months. I thought I could just detox and come home and go to meetings and see my therapist, all the stuff I have been doing. I need more. I leave this week coming up.
I still have my clean time in my eyes because I didn't abuse the pills, but have learned in the last few days that they are still bigger than me.
Will miss everyone, keep your clean time and stay away from the devil's candy.

Kathy, you are doing a very good thing for yourself.....please get everything you can out of rehab and come back to us as soon as you are ready. I'll keep you in my prayers, friend....just remember to keep an open mind and realize that the people who might be hitting nerves you don't want them to are only there to help you. I know, I'm one of them....I work in a rehab.

I wish you the best of luck and a very positive experience. Take your time with it and absorb everything they give you.
