I am sorry you are suffering such devestaion.. Are you somewhere other than New Orleans now? A safer place?? I don't think anyone us supposed to be there now, or maybe not for months and months, it may get worse before it gets better, but god is watching over you and all those in that area,,, we will all pray he provides comfort to all..

I am so sad for all of you in the South. I spent some glorious days in New Orleans last spring. I don't pray but my thoughts are with you, and I will send some dollars to the red cross. It will take a long time to recover. So sorry.

Yes bikewench, I agree, we are such giving people, we are there to help so many countries and also our own. I pray other countries will be ther to help us in this great time of need.. So many do not like us though.. I pray there will be much understanding in the world, this is such devestation.. Just watch the people on TV, they look so grief stricken, as well as rugged, from losing everything they own..

This is certainly one of the most heart wrenching events I have observed during my lifetime.All of my petty little problems pale in the light of this disaster.I pray for every one involved.God bless you all.
