Things are pretty peaceful around here today. After I logged out last night, I really felt as though I was not alone and the spirit had moved in my life.

I just know that I need to find the right formula for myself. Reading the different threads reminded me that it is about taking care of your self spiritually, intellectually, emotionally.

May we all find that place in our life were we have filled up our souls with the good stuff.
