Red face Ch-ch-ch-changes!

A lot has happened in less than three months.
  • I had my 18 year-old cat put to sleep.
  • I graduated from community college.
  • I helped my mom move from home of 37 years.
  • I got the restrictions lifted from my pharmacy license.
  • I took the written substance abuse counseling boards.
  • I applied for some pharmacist positions and counseling positions, too.
  • I got my board scores and I did really well.
  • I finished my term on the H&I subcommittee.
  • I applied to take the psychiatric pharmacy specialty exam.
  • I started going off my antidepressant.
They say change is a trigger for relapse. The change I REALLY need to make is to go back to work now. Am I in a calm before a storm, I wonder...

Thanks for your support through all of this!
Love and hugs,
Eddie

The only thing constant is change. Staying idle is worse thing any one can do. Glad you're moving forward in your life and not being stagnant. You provide inspiration to the newcommer on here

hugs

Chris

Keep your toolbelt close by. You'll be okay. Just make sure you use it if needed.

Well, you sure have been through ALOT!!!
You are a very strong person, and it shows in ALL of your posts.
You help so many people and are a really caring person.
Thanks for all you have done for me through out the past few months.
One more thing, you never judge anyone,. I have not read one post from you that
wasn't kind, and supportive. You deserve very good things to happen for you
I pray all will turn out the way you want them to , but we all know who's in charge
up there, and sometimes, things that we think are the best, aren't always..
I'm sure they will though. I will add you to my prayers..
Thanks for all you have done for me. You are truly an inspiration!!

Love ya, Becky

pedagogue,
Not one word. I hear I need to write some follow-up letters, though.

Thank you, Chris, Wendy, LeAnne, Midas, and Becky!! And you're welcome, Becky!! The thing is right now I have very little on my plate, now that all that stuff is over. I am studying for the psychiatric pharmacy exam, though. But that is not until October. I guess I need to go fill out some more applications and write those follow-up letters, huh?

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Turn and face the strain...

Sounds like a little calm *after* the storm, which you have weathered beautifully.

eddie sounds like you are doing beautifully. Maybe the best course of action is to follow up on the work and applications.

Thank you, Greg and Kevin!! Good point about the "storm" being over. Time for the clean-up, though. LOL.

((((((((((((Eddie)))))))))))))) You are an amazing woman. And I thought that BEFORE I read about everything that had been going on in your life. Keep on keepin' on, girlfriend. I have a feeling that good things have "only just begun" for you. (Anybody remember the Carpenter's?)

Hugs to you--

Thank you, Laura!! I remember the Carpenters. I tease my husband about having a thing for Karen.

Well, there's much to be done today, so I have to run. Y'all take care and have a great day!

Love and hugs,
Eddie
