I'm down in the dumps and just can't seem to get over it. I hiked with the hiking group I belong to today, and still just can't seem to shake this. Things have been rough, but they've been rough before. What do you do when your feeling down to get back up?

Well a hike is a heck of a start...I am sure you burned off some calories. Ben and Jerry come to mind. Or a cheezy novel and some bubble bath...

Hmmmm....my exciting Saturday night is consisting of cleaning, doing tons of laundry, eating Cookie Dough ice cream, and using my new Bath and Body Works lotion and body spray after I take a shower, the fragrance is Coconut lime and Verbena..the best part is that they had a huge sale yesterday and I got both for half off!! I love shopping!

been there done that for sure......i hate when it seems no matter what you do, nothing helps.....i tried everything...sometimes ya just got to go with it the best ya can................i believe there is a reason for it, but im not sure what that is!!!
