Bonnies update

Hiya all, i hope you are all well. Im sorry i havnt been on much but i have been quite busy. I just thought i would give you all an update of my progress. I am feeling good! very positive the last couple of days. Although most of you will know, i have had my ups and downs but i feel that maybe finally i am starting to see some of the good things in life again. Saying that though, i havnt once been around temptation since i got sober, and i dont know how i will handle that

but at the moment i am only concintrating on my family and meetings, and im happy!! one day at a time

Oh and im sober 1 month on Saturday!!!Way hay!!!

1 month sober deserves AT LEAST 1 guilt-free ice cream sundae!!

People don't realize how many calories they take in when they drink (puking/purging only removes 10% of the calories, btw), so now that you stopped drinking...not only are you healthier, but you can enjoy some ice cream and STILL take in way less calories!!

Bonnie,

I hope you enjoy your ice cream and Saturday. ONE MONTH BONNIE: that is such a miracle and you deserve every moment of that happiness! You are an inspiration and you keep holding on and showing how it is done.
