this must be a sign
that my boundaries are getting better. for the first time in a LONG time i started putting up a curtain to give me some privacy while using the bathroom-in my dream! Usually, my dreams have me exposed to the world while using the bathroom.
i think i'm pretty proud of myself. when i woke up, i thought maybe that is a sign that my boundaries are getting stronger!

I know that feeling. The is a song that I use to listen too that felt like me.
the phrase was ..... something, lying naked on the floor. I had dreams like that for probably 3 years when I went through theraphy about 14 years ago.

Its funny because for the last couple of nights I too have been having dreams of being with old friends and doing things I used to do without my AB. I am starting to find myself again and it feels so good!
