"Help"
Hi, I'm two days sober off of meth. I have been doing it daily for the past six months. I have been having a hard time getting up for work in the morning these past few days and my whole body aches. I could use any help or advise anyone has as well as a sponsor. Thanks,JD
Hello JD and welcome to soberrecovery. This is a great place to come for support. Have you gone to an NA meeting yet? If not, I would highly recommend it. There you will find people like you who have found a new way of life. They can tell you how they did it. We have an NA forum here, also. You might want to go over there and read some of the posts there. All I can say is to take it one day at a time. Just don't pick up that first drug. Your aches and pains will go away in time. It's normal to feel like sh!t when you first quit. It will get better.

Hi Jerry, congrats to you on quiting! The early day's are a bit rough, but withdrawal doesn't last forever. Eat well, take vitamins, plenty of fluids, get some light excersise and sun. Stick around, this is a good place to stay.
