Tonight at 8 PM, Dr. Phil is hosting a primetime special on Pat O'Briens stay in rehab for alcohol and will discuss what he went through with treatment and the stuff that made headlines.

Looks very interesting.

This season, Dr. Phil has focused on alcoholism and addiction. He said that he has done 25 shows on this topic.

I know that Oprah has focused a lot on this too. Good thing that it is becoming more widely recognized that more help is available than could be imagined.

I plan to watch it. Does anyone ever want to say "you don't understand" to the MC's of these shows? Especially Oprah? Maybe it is just my cynical nature ... LOL

HPierce: My husband just came in and said that Lost is on too. Hmmmm - decisions decisions. I suppose I will be running back and forth to each TV so I can see both.
