Natural Highs!
Falling in love.
Laughing so hard your face hurts.
A hot shower.
No lines at Wal-Mart.
A special glance, or better yet...a smile!
Getting 'real' mail.
Taking a drive on a pretty country road.
Hearing your favorite song on the radio.
Lying in bed listening to the rain outside.
Hot towels out of the dryer.
Finding the sweater you want is on sale for half price.
Chocolate milkshake. (or vanilla, or strawberry!)
A long distance phone call from a friend.
A bubble bath.
Giggling.
A good conversation.
The beach.
Finding a $20 bill in your coat from last winter.
The first snowfall.
Midnight phone calls that last for hours.
Running through the sprinkler.
Laughing for absolutely no reason at all.
Having someone tell you that you're beautiful.
Laughing at an inside joke.
Friends.
Accidentally overhearing someone say something nice about you.
Waking up and realizing you still have a few hours left to sleep.

Making new friends or spending time with old ones.
Playing with a new puppy.

having your teenage son call and ask to go camping all weekend with you
discovering you still have your snap roll in the middle of class 3 water
playing music with three friends and hittin that perfect vibe
having an ex sponsee call two years and a thousand miles later to tell you he has over a year clean.
being able to give money away
turning the motor off and coasting to a stop at the top of Independence so i can whisper hi to an old black bear
reading Rumi
being able to give back to an old sponsor
piling on to the floor and offering to play Barbie w/ my little neices [and hearing them giggle and giggle!]
hiking to a high place listening to the wind, listening to a redtail
skipping 'neath a full moon

@ Mike!! How about Getting a thinking of you card in the mail........money in birthday cards.......wrapping up in a towel that's just out of the dryer after a shower.....seeing a new friend for the first time.
