When I get to sign in it says my password etc are already in use.
So I try to go to chat and it says invalid password or whatever.
I am so frustrated trying to get onto a live chat.
I am all signed up and it has been a month since I am able to get on.
I was never able to get onto a chat.
I want to go to an AA meeting on line.
Help.
I really need step by step instructions, not leaving anything out because when steps are left out I get nowhere. This is not user friendly and I need help. Would someone consider calling me to talk me through it. I would give my cell phone so I can be online while you talk me through signing up.

I'm not sure if you have checked email but I sent you the instructions with the log in info and your password. Your account shows you have accessed chat. Let me know if you want that info resent. If your getting the log in screen enter user name and password, if your not getting the log in screen let me know as well and I'll provide further instructions.
