I really don't know how this happened, but within the last few weeks I have become so responsible. I am paying my bills on time, remembering to pay the kids lunch money, not procrastinating about anything and everything.
This is huge for me I am doing things that before I wouldn't do because it was too much of a hassle. I was terrible at this, I really just didn't do much of anything, and now I'm doing more and more and I love it.
I don't know what changed in me but it's really nice to be a little more grown up. (not too much yet though)!!!

I like the order of doing things on time. It becomes one less thing to worry about...it's no longer Oh-Lord-I-gotta-pay-the-such-and-such-bill and it becomes as much as a non-event as washing the dishes after a meal. Less stress is always a good thing!

Maybe it's because your not so exhausted from worrying so much about your A and your taking some time for you....

I know that when my AH is home that I can't manage much of anything. The laundry piles up, papers take over, and my whole demeanor is chaotic. When he's gone, house is clean, laundry is done, kids are happy, I am happy, dog is happy. Enjoy this feeling -- life is so much easier.

I love that! I always feel like I may have no control over alcohol or the alcoholic, but if I can have control over something, I feel better...like MY life is on order Good job queen!
