Welcome to Soberrecovery. It's OK to be scared and afraid. Actually during a relapse I would say that is a good place to be. If you felt good then I would be worried. It's OK to hop back on the recovery train, share about how you fell off, do some recovery work to feel grounded again and start over. It's happened to the best of us. My relapse has become a v ery important part of my story.

Hello and welcome on board. Relapse is hard - soooo very hard and you are among friends many of whom have had relapses and I include myself there but next Tuesday I will be sober for 3 months eeeekkkk. SR has played a huge role for me and it can for you tooooo.

Welcome to SR afraidofme.

I relapsed after 11 years.
SR and the people here help and encourage me to continue
my recovery.
I'll have 6 months in a couple of days.
I've learned and grown so much in the last six months.
I havn't felt like this for years and I'm closer the my HP.

mmmm...It was suggested that I go back to meetings.
I needed a lot of encouragements of course.
Holy..scmoly.....I whined too.
