Day 30!

I am on day 30 today. Still very new at this, but to all newcomers, it does get easier and the upside of not drinking outweighs the downside by a mile!!

Here's to day 30!

That is great! I know first hand what you are saying. The upside DOES outweigh the downside by a mile. I am right behind you, my friend, at 29 days. Let's keep on keepin' one a day at a time.

I can't wait to get to day 30 - shoot day 3 at this point. Yep, I am taking it hour by hour right now. Thanks for posting this message, it is enlightening to see that you feel better.
