I had 2 beers with dinner last week and took a pill Friday. I just let it happen. Don't even know if I'm ready to quit. I never had a problem with alcohol and pills, just cocaine, but I know it would probably be better to avoid all mind-altering substances. Well, here I am.

myself coke is the main poison but today i can't drink or do any kind of drug!
I've been having these crazy thoughts lately about being able to go back to the booze, ya try some controlled drinking!!!! Right,i got ou of a treatment center last year and my sister said well, you could probably just smoke pot right? Well that was my stepping stone, next came booze but those weren't my drug of choice anymore and i only went back to the coke.....6 months and near death later i was back to centers.
today I'm working on 243 days with none of the above.
they are all mind and mood altering substances, I'm allergic.
After 2 detox's and 3 treatment centers, my Higher Power has become God, meetings,
liturature and other recovering people not to mention this site! Instead of drugs and alcohol. It's a much better existence let me tell u. \\// peace
