Well its been a pretty good week so far. **** i have,nt even really had the crave yet either.Still have,nt got the courage to go to the meeting place again yet or phone my old sponsor yet.I get up at 5:30am and its hard to stay awake to the meeting at 8:30 in the evening.I know pretty dam good excuse.The meetings are monday and thurs,.So i,m going to make a promise to go next week you herd it here.Fri night and i,m sober its a pretty good feeling.Thats all i have to say for know.I wish you all another 24 hours...

Way to go Dave.
30 would be a good meeting day. They may even be holding a chip for you.

As to cravings... may never come or may come when you least expect them.
Just remember and be ready if they do show up... one moment at a time if need be. The day will pass and you will be grateful in the morning.

Congrats Dave on the 29 Days! Keep trying to get to the meetings. Recovery is full of ups and downs. When it does take a turn down, a support "family" can really make the difference.
