How does a recovering drug user get assistance with finding a job? My brother has been to a outpatient rehab--however, they do not offer work. Although, it is a struggle for him, he continues to go to rehab and a part time job. he is desperately seeking a full time job.

Here in North Carolina, we have Vocational Rehabilitation. There should be something similar in Maryland, I would imagine. Check with your local department of social services. Here is a link that may be useful:
