It's not often we have someone in AA with the years of sobriety that you have at a younger age. You're a real diamond. Thanks so much for staying around and sharing your exerience, strength and hope with us.

Thank you for the kind words. I'm ever so grateful to be able to celebrate my 14th consecutive sober birthday. I can't take credit for it, I thought I'd be dead many years before now. I have to thank God, AA, my sponsors, parents, support group, and you people here at SR. It is due to all of the above that I am still alive and able to celebrate my birthday! Thanks everyone for being here, so I too can be here.

Wow. Fourteen years is just awesome. It's not all sunshine and cotton candy, either, is it? I know you really work your program. You are yet another demonstration that it works if you work it. Thank you for sharing your recovery with us.
