I just picked up Chicken Soup for the Recovering Soul. The first story made me cry. What a sap I can be!

of course anything by Melody Beattie.

I'd love to here some good ones that people have read recently!

Also, I've been reading A Return To Love by Marianne Williamson (after listening to the book on tape). Very 12-Step without being 12-Step, written by "one of us".

If you're burnt out on recovery-related literature, I'd gladly recommend books in other genres. Happy hunting!
