(((((Joan)))))

It feels!!!!! I can feel and that is the difference and now I am on day 15!!!!! Not feeling great as reality has checked in you see for a long stay I hope.

I am grateful and relieved. Very very gratefull indeed for another day sober and the hope that today I will repeat it. I know that I can only manage a day at a time. But I am accepting that too. And I have a meeting tonight too and got a lovely mail from my sponser so YES I suppose I am feeling grate(ful) and great. Thank you for reminding me. How are you????? Let me know because there is great strength for recovery when we pull together you see......
