Your opinion

I was curious what everyone's opinion on the blog section. I have been writing it in daily because it helps me get everything out that is swirling in my head but I don't get the same kind of response that I do if I post it on here.
Should I just post on here or should I continue in the blog section?
I feel so overwhelmed and lost and confused and angry with everything that I just need to get it out before it eats me alive.
My whole world is falling apart and I am so close to collapsing that my whole body hurts.

If you want more feedback, what about a dedicated thread here? Venting is good, but if engagement from others helps you process, maybe try it for a week or two and keep the blog as back-up?

I can only speak for myself but I never even realized there was a blog section and not sure where to find it. I would suggest copy and pasting your entries here as Hawkeye said. My guess is there isn't much traffic there.

Hi,

Negative emotions - like positive emotions (love) - need a place to land when we want to release them. We hug someone we love. We find ways to show how we feel. But what do we do with our negative emotions? Where do they go or land? How do they get expressed when there's no one around to talk to? There has to be some kind of receptacle for them.

Writing can be immensely helpful, but in your case, it looks like something a little more magnetic might be beneficial for you.

I think getting all the "ick" out in a blog here or a notebook at home is a great idea! One study showed that writing out all your emotions for 20 minutes each day is very helpful mentally!
