Day 144 so grateful

Hey everyone just wanted to check-in. Lately I find myself only posting when Im going through a tough time or in a negative mind set. I just wanted to say that I am healthy and happy. I am so grateful for sobriety and this place where I can come and see that I am not the only person in the world dealing with obstacles. And also overcoming them. I've grown so much in this last days. It's unbelievable of what you are capable off when not walking through a fog everyday. I hope everyone has a wonderful day. One day at a time. One moment at a time. If it gets hard check-in stay connected.

Well done on 144 days! After 9 months sober I can say things continue to get easier. I now have a new normal. Sobriety is the only way

Thank you everyone for the support. Any recommendations for motivation speaker I like david goggins, Tony R, always like CT fletcher for exercise.

Day 147 and so grateful. I was just looking at some pictures of me and the family and was so grateful because for years we had many fun trips and events with the family that was happy. But always in the back of my head I would think man I was high. But over the 147 days I look at pictures and myself sober and so happy. I look forward to making more fun memories with the family. One day at a time has led me to today. And I am really truly happy for all my blessing.
