18 days

Hi, I have no idea how to post on here, so please let me know. I'm 18 days sober and just trying to keep it going.

You just did it, you just posted, started your own thread, no less.

Welcome to the family. Congrats on 18 days sober. You'll find lots of support and good advice here. Read and post often, especially if you feel at all tempted to drink. Come here instead and we'll try our best to talk you out of it.

Well, you're in...
Welcome!
Any particular game plan you're using to stay alcohol free? 18 days sober is a great start.

Hi!

We're all reading you loud and clear!
Way to go on your 18 days of sobriety! That's terrific. Keep up the hard work!
Check this out - you've stayed sober by not drinking. Just don't drink and you'll keep racking up those sober days!

Ahhh, thank you all so much. I am excited and grateful every night when I fall asleep that I made it yet another day alcohol free.

I feel the same way. And waking up sober never gets old.

Waking up is so much more pleasant. One of the reasons I don't give in amongst others but knowing that I choose to wake up happy and healthier is the better option.
