9 days

Some thoughts of drinking came into my head yesterday, it was like I was planning it for next week, they didn’t last long but came in strong, always have to be ready for it omg

You and I are both at the 9 day mark today! I thought about drinking yesterday too but it just made me sick. It’s not worth the sickness! We can do this!

Way to go Mummy! I’ve heard people say a relapse happens before the first drink is taken. As you know, the cravings get less intense as time goes on, but it doesn’t hurt to be vigilant.

Are you feeling better overall yet, now that you’re at 9 days?

Yes, being vigilant is so important in the early days. You're doing great, Mummy.

As soon as those thoughts come to your head...say STOP...and get up and move and try to think of something else immediately.
We can not sit and entertain in any way shape or form that it would be a good idea to drink.

You are feeling better..doing more things...and to drink would put a very fast halt on everything you are working for...You are very early in sobriety and keep going so you can see the many more benefits to come.
