day 24

Hi sr family,

Well another sober day Today when I got up I was even calmer than previous days. I'm usually quite groggy for the first hour or so in the morning but today I bounced out of bed with a smile. I am very grateful to be on this path.

Wish everyone a great day.

Great job. I consider 24 days to be "on your way." Cravings can be very manageable at this stage, and temptations will soon be in the form of thoughts rather than obsessions. At 24 days I knew I would make it. The worst was over and all I had to do at this point was remember to choose not to take that drink, the one that would send me back to square one.
