I'm sorry you're not in a good place but I'm glad you made it back here - it's a great help to have the support.

I feel absolutely done. Really on the floor and do not know what to do. Up to at least two bottles of wine a day, sometimes more. Sick of feeling ill.

Vjp, most of us have been right where you are now. Take a moment to browse around again and see all the people who were rock bottom and now have months/years of happy sobriety.

Welcome back, Almay!

I'm sorry you're struggling so much right now, but there is hope. I hope you can get rid of any alcohol you have in your house and begin tomorrow as a sober Day 1. If you're concerned about withdrawals, it's always a good idea to talk to your doctor before stopping drinking. Make a plan for how you will get through each day and what you will do when you have cravings. And, have faith that you can get through this.
