I don’t post much but read often. I told myself I’d post when I hit 30 days, then 90 days then 100 days but I never did and I’m unsure why. Nonetheless here I am posting at 109 days! I’m very proud of myself. I feel great and am finally in a good head space. I am much more present with my two young children and my relationship with my husband is much improved. I feel like I’m in a weird transition phase. I know I don’t plan to drink today or tomorrow but still have not committed to never drinking again. At the same time I also feel like I’d be okay with never drinking again! Anyways wanted to share my achievement and thank everyone for all your posts because when I do start thinking about drinking I come here.

That's why we focus on "one day at a time." Don't drink today and go to bed sober tonight. Then when you wake up tomorrow, do that again.
