Well folks, Im back 😐Let myself down at Christmas and went back out. Foolish.
Only just beginning to get a handle on things again. 4 days sober now and counting, just popped in to make myself accountable and say hello really.

Hi NGB. Welcome back. No worries, you have 4 sober days and you're past the worst of it. I hope you can work out a plan to stay sober for good. What are the daily rewards of being sober that you are looking for? Why do we do this? Also, what are the drawbacks to drinking? Make your lists and work on them.
