Hi! I'm new here and I'm 9 months clean off crystal meth
Hello there,
I have been researching online how to effectively journal about my sobriety.
I have found that a sobriety log. writing about moods, buying specific journals off amazon, and topics to journal about.
Topics such as:
I want to see what advice others have in the journey through sobriety.

- Dreams and goals for the future
- Beginning the day with a journal entry
- Ending the day with how the day went in a journal entry

You can either post your thoughts on this thread (or another thread) or you can start a blog. Keeping track of your feelings/activities is a good thing to do.

Glad to meet you, hellosobriety. Journaling is a valuable thing to do - I wish I'd thought to keep track of my feelings & progress. Sometimes our memories grow dim & we forget what we've actually been through & how painful it was.

You might like to join the One Year and Under Club on SR for daily support. There are a lot of daily support threads -- https://www.soberrecovery.com/forums...pport-threads/ -- that are like little communities within the SR community, where you can get to know people and share your journey.
Also many people -- like me -- find daily expression of gratitude is a really helpful way to frame every day. There are lots of gratitude threads on SR: https://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/gratitude-list/
Search around! We're a big and welcoming (only rarely squabbling) family!
