Good Tears

I just cried a little bit.

We, the world, are under so much stress. We all are doing our best to put our best foot forward and all.

So, sitting here watching the Voice this 23 yo girl singing in Spanish got a 4 chair turn.

The previous girl didn't make the show.

The emotional swing got me. I felt the tears well up, nobody was around, and I let them out.

Omg...the emotional release was like 100 lbs. was lifted off my chest.

This place saved my life.

Hope this helps someone to find a good reason to cry. Let it go for a moment.

Thanks.

^ Highly recommended, especially for those of you saying:

What, me cry? No way.

Yes, way. I say unto you:

Be glad you can cry.

Mrs Doggonecarl is in the midst of a fibromyalgla episode, brought on by the stress of the virus and the illness of two of our old dogs. A lot has fallen on me and by nature I want to be strong...need to be strong. But I also need to get in touch with my fear and insecurity.

A good cry would help.

This is a beautiful post, and thanks for reminding all of us that it's okay to lose it and cry sometimes.

My problem is the opposite - I can't cry. The tears are dammed up and won't come out. I don't have that stress relief.
