Congrats on day 16 Mummyto2 - and also to sleeping like a newborn baby. I'm on day 32 but my sleeping still isn't brilliant. I'm getting to sleep without a problem but just can't stay asleep for more than two or three hours and then I'm wide awake by 5am.

But yes, a good night's sleep is one of the crucial things that can help with sobriety so it's great that you're sleeping well.

Congrats on day 16 Mummyto2. What are your plans for today? I’m making soap. It’s one of my hobbies and with the corona pandemic now, it’s something productive & necessary I can do here at home.

Thanks everyone I couldn’t do it without your kind words & encouragement so thank you so much, today I’ve been sorting clothes out, baking cakes and studying my homework 👍
