And feeling pretty good, I know it will get worse before it gets better, l just need to stay committed and positive, have a great weekend everyone ❤️

I too have this feeling coming up to two weeks that things will get worse before they get better mainly as I've not really had to face any social challenges and loads of work! Finding SR is really helping to keep my home binging in check. Hope it's proving good support for you too 🤗

Thanks, it certainly has, such lovely people on here encouraging me and never judging me when I slipped, but there are only so many day 1s we will get away with, so here’s to a drama free peaceful sober future good luck ❤️
