Absolutely Finalcall. Are you sober today? Let's get sober and healthy and get our heads calm. I'm sober nearly 4 months. Best 4 months of my life. I'm thinking good thoughts for you today.

FinalCall, are you able to come up with a plan for yourself to stay sober until you see the counsellor.

The first few days is my biggest mind battle. Not sure how to plan for them. Struggling through them knowing how it gets better should help

Didn't and don't have a plan.
Overwhelmed by life and it's many twists and turns at the moment.
I'm holding it all together by a hair width piece of string.
Troubled by the first few sober days. Nearly got there but didn't push thru the anxiety.
I know I gets easier and all that but this time is hurting.
Love to all

I hope you decide to take some action finalcall.

Don't be passive - the state of the world right now is an excellent reason to stay sober.

If you're overwhelmed, ask for help.
