Managed a good nights sleep, so much better waking up and not feeling like rubbish 👍

Kudos on working on recovery again. You deserve good in your life. Recovery is a really, really good thing with time of benefits down the road.

There will be days it doesn't seem like this. Gaining tools and skills to deal with the good days as well as when the "dis-ease" strikes with attempting to seduce us into isolation is vitally important.

Not everyone makes it back. I'm really glad you are here.
